I am a native of New Jersey, quitting school in the tenth grade, I later moved to Rome, Italy. There, I met and married my husband and had a son. We moved back to the US and adopted a little girl. I am a cancer survivor and I currently live in Derwood, Maryland.

I am a passionate writer of romance/ drama. I previously published two novels, in which one is titled, What…, reached the finals of a novel contest, and the other one titled, Debbie, which is now being written into a screenplay, in which I intend to send off to be seen by television and/or movie producers.

I began writing poetry when I was in the sixth grade and was once a member of the Poetry Foundation. As for when I began writing novels, is when I discovered that I had MS and my mobility was limited. There is a saying that I have created to deal with my disease. “Scars remind us of the hardships and the suffering we have gone through and survived. It’s the will to live and carry on each and every day that’s so much harder.” B. James
