Elizabeth O'Brien

Elizabeth O’Brien is a resident of Columbus, Ohio, and has worked for years on challenges related to stress, procrastination, productivity, and other areas with herself and others. Her most popular work, “The Stress-Free You,” has been read by thousands of people worldwide, and she hopes to continue writing similar works in the future. Elizabeth continues to work to discover better methods to combat these types of challenges.

Outside of writing and discovering solutions for our most common challenges, she’s focusing on meditation, outdoor activities, spending time with her husband, and their two children.
