Steve Wheeler

Hello!

I am a maker. I make things: knives and swords, sculptures, models and so much more, but more then that I have created a Universe. And why would I do such a thing? To help me understand of what it is to be a member of humanity in all its glorious insanity, its wonder, its depravity, its weaponization and its fabulous art.

I was asked why I created the ACEs (Artificially Created Entities) - my only answer is that I am now in my 60th year, I have been to many funerals, and, I have to say in all honesty, some of the very saddest for me have been when I have buried my cats. Would it not be a wonderful thing to be able to have an actual interesting conversation with your cat and be able to ask him or her not to run out on the road?

So, please, enjoy my worlds - I am not a great writer but I can show you a wonderful Universe where those in the stories really do care for each other.

All the best. Cheers
