Alexandra Korey

Alexandra Korey has a PhD in Art History from the University of Chicago and is a specialist in the Italian Renaissance. Born in Toronto, Canada, she has been living in Florence, Italy since 1999.

Having dedicated her career to creating an approachable way of communicating arts and culture, Alexandra is now Head of Digital at Florence-based marketing agency Flod, and writer for the English language newspaper The Florentine. She has been recording her travels and thoughts on her blog www.ArtTrav.com since 2004 and on Instagram @arttrav.
