I'm a Project Management consultant and instructor. I like to write about project management and how changing the culture of an organization is important if we want the organization to move forward. People love change, as long as it happens to someone else. This is not really acceptable. I also like to build presentations around historical events and analyze these from a project management perspective. How successful were these projects? Can we learn from what happened to Gen. Custer at the battle of the Little Bighorn? How about the surprise Pearl Harbor attack? D-day in Normandy? And what about leadership? Can we learn from leaders such as Napoleon or Rommel, the Desert Fox? As we look to the future, we have to learn from the past and the lessons learned we can derive from the past are simply invaluable!
