Hello! I have worked in disability-related fields for about 40 years, and I came up with the idea for this series after I invented an easy recipe (see book #1, 1,2 Pie). My commitment is to easy language, easy recipes, and low prices, although Amazon demands higher prices for the larger books, due to larger delivery costs.

Please let me know if changes would be helpful, such as thumbnail photos rather than the large photo of the food needed (this was a thought I had, but nobody has chimed in on it), and I always want to hear what people think. While I can't activate such changes instantly, I can over time.
