Michael Stutman

Michael Stutman is a partner at Mishcon de Reya, NY, LLP and international multi-disciplinary law firm. Michael heads the Family Department in New York and works on matters worldwide. He is President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New York Chapter and is on the National Academy Board of Governors. Michael has lectured frequently to professional and lay audiences about all topics relevant to divorce in New York ranging from "how to" matters to thoughts about policy and legislative initiatives. This is Michael's second book, the first being "How to Divorce in New York" which he co-authored with Grier Raggio, another premier practitioner of Family Law. Michael and his wife, Dana Stutman, who is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and an accomplished divorce attorney in her own right, live with their two children in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
