Stan Marvin

Stan Marvin was born in 1941 in Homestead, Florida. His parents Max and Ruth Marvin were descendants of parents fleeing the Russian Czarist Pogroms. Max and Ruth worked very hard and became successful in business. Stan inherited that spirit of hard work and adventure. He owned and operated several successful businesses all related to fishing. Stan and his wife Jeanne retired in 2005 and traveled extensively. He decided to try his hand at writing in 2012. He has written three novels. Shark and Ice, Lucky Strike and Force Thirteen. The latter two are loosely based on characters and experiences in his hometown of Homestead, Florida.
