Csenge Virág Zalka

Csenge is a professional storyteller from Hungary. She got her Master's Degree in Storytelling from East Tennessee State University as a Fulbright scholar (possibly the first applicant ever to elicit the 'wait whut?' response from the committee). She also completed a Master's Degree in Roman Archaeology at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, and is still benefiting from her training even though she has not set foot in a trench since graduation. She is currently working on the PhD in American Culture Studies, researching storytelling in all its shapes and forms.

Csenge has an interest in folktales and mythology, historical fiction, mythic fiction and mythpunk, and tabletop role-playing games. In her free time she practices archery, does historical reenactment, plays board and tabletop games, and actively wishes to have an Irish wolfhound in the near future.
