Mike owns IntegrityWorks Coaching, an integrity-driven training company focused on professional speaking and training in motivation, communication, performance, teamwork, relationships, leadership, sales development, and sales management. Additional one-on-one coaching provides direct personal and professional development through sales, executive, and life coaching.

For over 30 years, Mike has been an exceptional sales and business leader with proven experience in professional speaking, one-on-one coaching and development, sales planning and execution, and training and workshop facilitation, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients, associates, and partners.

Mike and his wife Amy have been married for over 34 years – committed to an exciting relationship centered in their faith and what Amy calls CPR (compromise, pursuit, and respect). Mike and Amy have three children – their first three protégés in life and plan nearly everything around family.
