Pao-Chih Huang

黃寶芝，籍貫廣東南海，民國四十（1951）年出生於越南堤岸。越南穗城中學、博愛英文學院畢業，現任世界越棉寮華文報人聯誼會會長，曾任越南華文新論壇報編輯、台灣聯合報系編輯、亞洲作家協會越棉寮海外分會監事、越南歸僑協會監事、顧問，著有《漢字之傳承與繁簡之爭》等散文及隨筆集。

Pao-Chih Huang, a female member of a family ancestry originated from Nanhai, Guangdong province in China. She was born in Cholon, Vietnam in 1951 and was graduated from the overseas Chinese high school Tue Thanh (Viet Tu) and Bac Ai English College. She is now the Chief of World Association of Chinese Journalists of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos headquartered in Taiwan. In the past, She was the editor for The Chinese New Tribune in Vietnam (before 1975), and also the editor for The United Daily News, Taiwan (from1978 to 2003). She has been serving as supervisor and/or advisor for the Association of Asian Chinese Writers from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, and the Association of Vietnamese Chinese as well as United Daily News Group in Taiwan. She has been dedicated herself to writing and has published various esaays and prose poetry such as "The Legacy of Chinese Characters and The Contention between Traditional and Simplified Chinese Characters " etc.
