Stephen T. Brophy

Texas-bred and bottle-fed, Stephen T. Brophy has been writing words since kindergarten, and doing it to entertain himself and others since at least the second grade. He’s written short stories, novels, film and TV scripts (some even produced!), Internet cartoons, comedy for radio and the live stage, and on and on, just zillions of words.

Stephen's novella The Villain’s Sidekick (available for purchase along with its sequels and prequels here on Amazon and wherever fine self-published books are sold) has been optioned by Baha Productions for adaptation to a feature film, scripted by the author, who hopes to have the screenplay in the hands of a director within the calendar year 2026.
