Georgia Born, PJ Renfroe, grew up in north Georgia. Her education in the U of Georgia system was just the beginning of her life experiences. Married, with four delightful children, her husband's work as a Civil Engineer sent them traveling to new destinations, and along the way, she collected many interesting facts and characters. Her first novel, Blue Snake Running was inspired while living in New Orleans. Then, living in a huge haunted house on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, she conceived the idea of Strange Happenings, which came as a collection of the kind of dreams that startle one wake, as well as unusual real and imaginative encounters. Black Valise, (Murder on Peachtree Street) evolved from meeting folks in government service. Inbound, a series of original science fiction stories, was written to delight eight grandsons. Wizard and the Blue Witch came into being after meeting a real intriguing witch. Imbued with a strong imagination with a desire for research, and a love of writing to entertain herself, she has produced seven unusual and exciting books with four more working.
Founder of the Heritage Writers Group in McDonough Georgia, PJ inspires writers of all genres. "Only God is perfect, the rest of us need editing," is their motto. She writes fast paced entertaining and intriguing stories.
