Tony Franks

I am Eddie Doody. I write under the name Tony Franks for my books THE DAGANHOYT SAGA. I did this for my two late brothers Tony and Frank. I have written three in the series, with more to come. I also write under my own name. These other books are not yet ready to publish. One is called A LIFE LESS ORDINARY, which is my life story to date. I try to inject humour into some of my stories, hopefully with some success. My Grandchildren have asked me to write a fantasy novel, which is in progress. I am married to Anne, with two sons. My first book in the series of the Saga was mentioned in the Daily Record here in Scotland. It was mentioned as a feature called "I wrote a book", which is a section of a book club in the magazine inside the paper.
