Travis Anderson

Travis began to write while in college, starting with a serialized original fiction series on the resident BBS. Remember those precursors to blogs and web pages? Think writing a novel on Twitter.

Anyway, he shifted focus in 1999 to begin submitting to professional publications but also discovered the world of fan fiction at the same time. Having earned a small degree of notoriety writing various series, he was contacted by a reader and informed of the creation of Kindle Worlds when it first launched.

Beginning with Valiant Entertainment properties, he wrote, and continued to write for, Harbinger, Bloodshot, and UNITY. He also wrote a series of stories for the Lizzy Gardner Files filling in the gaps between TR Ragan's novels.

After some time away, Travis returned for Amazon to shutter the Kindle Worlds imprint. In total, he wrote 51 short stories and novellas for the program. Two were taken out of publication because Valiant hadn't renewed the license to the Gold Key properties and the antihero main character of the stories was related to a principle Gold Key property.

After several more years, Kindle Worlds took the remaining stories out of circulation. They are stil listed on Goodreads as a testament to every contributing author's work.
