Laura Puchtell Barclay is the coauthor of The Power of Civility (Thrive Publishing, May 2011), and numerous employment articles. Laura is a sought-after consultant, speaker, and expert on civility, social & business etiquette, international protocol, executive refinement, and employee relations.

Laura is founder and president of the Civility & Etiquette Centre, LLC, the leading etiquette, civility, and international communications consulting firm in the United States. She has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, professional service firms, and professional associations such as, Administaff, APi National Service Group, AvMed Health Plans, Bell South, Drake Beam Morin (DBM), Geronimo Energy, Goodman Group, Maytag, MetLife, North Dakota Trade Office, PacifiCare, Uni-Systems, UnitedHealthcare, University of Minnesota, and many more.
