David taught international business planning within the top-10 ranked MBA program at the Fisher Graduate School of International Business, in Monterey, California, and from 2002-2009 was a regular contributor to Entrepreneur Magazine on all aspects of business finance, acquisitions and exit strategies.

Worrell has run four successful companies of his own. The first, InfoQuest! International, Inc. is a telecom company that he sold in 1999 to a Silicon Valley competitor. Subsequently, Worrell founded Monterey Venture Partners, LLC (MVP), a 5-member venture consultancy in Monterey California. MVP helped dozens of entrepreneurs design, build and finance their companies.
