Inside her latest book 'Find Your Flame - Why Motivation Matters More Than Talent', Sophie unravels the mystery of why some people have the drive to become world-class performers, while most of us struggle to get out of bed in the morning!

While she was researching how people at the top of their game get motivated, Sophie made a remarkable discovery: motivation is created by 5 different forces. When you realise that (and know what they are) it's impossible to look at motivation or leadership in the same way again.

When those 5 forces ignite, everything shifts inside you. You become unstoppable. But before you ignite the forces you need to know what they are and how to put them to work for you.

As a passionate speaker, Sophie presents around the world on the topics of motivation, leadership, and communication. She is co-founder (along with best selling author of 'Influence' Warren Cass, who is published by Wiley) of Achievers International, a company that runs mastermind groups to help thought leaders and knowledge economy freelancers build a business in a fast-paced world.

When she isn't writing or speaking on a stage somewhere, you'll find Sophie riding her beloved dressage horse, walking her dogs, skiing and enjoying time with friends and family. She is married and lives in Gloucestershire, England. Formerly a champion dressage rider in her younger days, she's not quite ready to hang up her boots just yet!
