Scott Davis

Scott is an award-winning real estate broker and developer in Houston, Texas. He also writes and speaks on generational conflict in the workplace, in faith communities, and in housing. He is married and has two children.

He began studying the impact of changing generations on land uses for his real estate clients, then applied his knowledge about generational change to recruiting and training professional real estate sales people. Today he shares his message of hope and optimism for the millennial generation with groups and companies struggling to integrate them into their workforces.
