Mary Wayne Bush, Ed.D., is a coach and manager of organizational effectiveness at a large Fortune 100 company in the Southwest USA. Her doctorate is from Pepperdine University in Organizational Change, with dissertation research centered on what makes executive coaching effective (from the client's point of view). She active in the coaching community, on the editorial board of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice, and an adjunct faculty member in the Doctor of Management program at Colorado Technical University. She enjoys writing and speaking about coaching, to foster understanding about how to utilize the skills of coaching for facilitating and driving change.
