Angie Blake

My name is Angie (Rossi), Blake. I'm a 55-year-old writer living with my family in Salem, Oregon.

I wrote my first short story at twelve years old, and my first poem in high school. Since then I've graduated to novellas and novels. I love to write and will continue doing so until the day I die (and probably beyond).

Mysteries, paranormal and horror are my favorite genres. Every once in a while I like to stick a Western or two in there just to spruce it up a bit.

I try to give a wide variety of choices to my readers so they'll come back to read more.

May 1st I suffered a stroke while I wrote my last book "And the Daisies screamed." Which is the second book in The Sunflower series. It became imperative that I finished that book. I had to type it out using one hand and had three people read it just to make sure there were no horrible mistakes in it. So if we all missed something please forgive me. I'm just thankful I'm still here to write some more.

Camping, fishing, and hiking are a few of my favorite past times. I love gazing at the stars, watching true ghost haunting shows and going on ghost investigations. There's nothing like that spine-tingling, hair-raising, goose-bump-having-feeling you get every time you hear or see something you can't explain. I hope my books leave you with those feelings as well. Enjoy!
