George Anne Ballard

I have six children, eleven grand children and fifteen great grand children. I began writing poems for my daughter Deborah. I wrote my first books for my grandchildren. I have continued to write books for my great grand children and now I write simply because I love writing. You never know when the inspiration to write will hit you. Many of my ideas have been inspired by my online friends. I read my books to my great grand children and children at the local library, the YMCA, Dillard's, and schools. I am 83 years young which just goes to show that you are never too old to follow your dreams.
