Sarah Wellman

Sarah Wellman was born in Marietta, Georgia and grew up with a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors. When not observing the creatures and plants around her, she spent most of her time happily reading while stretched out in the backyard or curled up in a favorite tree nook.

An ardor for reading and writing, coupled with the joy she experienced when painting and drawing her favorite natural subjects, led Sarah to pursue two Bachelor's degrees, one in English and the other in Fine Art. Bolstered and enriched by the knowledge and experience she gained from each field, Sarah continues to publish her short stories and show her artwork.

Sarah currently resides with her better half and a very determined lap cat. She has self-published her work in the Café Crashers anthology "Twice-Told Tales," which is available through Amazon.com. Sarah’s artwork is featured in Gallery 4463 and can be seen on her website, www.sarahwellmanart.com.
