Richard P. Howe

Richard P. Howe Jr. is a lifelong resident of Lowell, Massachusetts, who writes about the city's history and politics. He is the founder of Lowell Walks, a series of guided walking tours, and is the official tour guide of historic Lowell Cemetery. He is also the founder of the hyperlocal blog, richardhowe.com.
