Paul M.A. Baker

Paul M.A. Baker lives in Atlanta, Georgia and is the Senior Director, Research and Strategic Innovation, and Principal Research Scientist at the Center for Advanced Communications Policy (CACP) and former Associate Director of the Center for 21st Century Universities at Georgia Institute of Technology. He is the beneficiary of a somewhat eclectic education, and has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from George Mason University, a Masters in Theological Studies from Emory University and a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia. Baker is an also Adjunct Professor with the Centre for Disability Law & Policy at the National University of Ireland, Galway. His research involves information and social media policy, higher education innovation, the function of communities (face to face and virtual), and disability policy.
