A former academic and business school professor, his 40-year career has taken him to all corners of the earth, and encompassed roles as Chief Learning Officer at Reuters and Thomson Reuters - the world's largest multimedia information companies - and as director of the UK's National Centre for Network-based Learning.
Charles now works with organisations throughout the world to collaborate and share value-based learning and 70:20:10 learning and development practices through the 70:20:10 Institute and TULSER.
