Keoni Teta

Keoni is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist practicing at The Metabolic Effect Clinic aka The Naturopathic Health Clinic of NC in Winston-Salem. He received his undergraduate degrees from North Carolina State University in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry and his graduate degree from North Carolina A&T University in Environmental Engineering. He attended medical school at Bastyr University. His passion is in the study and practice of exercise, nutrition, bone health, and longevity. He is a contributing writer for Natural Triad Magazine and The Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients. Along with his brother Jade, he is founder of the online health and wellness company Metabolic Effect, and author the books, The Metabolic Effect Diet and Lose Weight Here. He is also a contributing author in the Textbook of Natural Medicine, 4th edition.
