clive gresswell

Clive Gresswell is 102 years old and lives in his back garden shed in Luton, England. He was a journalist for more years than he cares to remember but gave it all up to concentrate on his fiction. At 55 he is an experimental writer and poet working out of both his garden shed and the University of Bedfordshire. Rather foolishly, for his age,he is doing a degree in Creative Writing and is in his third year. Mr Gresswell, 108, counts among his main influences Samuel Beckett and Richard Brautigan. He enjoys writing off-beat metafictions and should have been brought up in the 1960s. He lives with his patient wife and two grown up children and wears a pointy hat around town. He does not have a cat or any fish.
