A renowned vegan chef, Amy is co-author, along with Lisa McComsey, of Seagan Eating (Penguin Random House) the ultimate seafood + vegan resource and cookbook and The Vegan Cheat Sheet (Perigee Books | Penguin USA), a take-everywhere guide to plant-based eating. She graduated with honors from Cornell University and owns and operates Vegan Eats LLC (veganeatsusa.com), a manufacturer of vegan, gluten free, creamy soups and alfredo pasta sauces.
Amy resides in Boulder, Colorado. When not creating new recipes, Amy is passionate about family, skiing, running and friends.
