Gay Lynn Grigas, LMHC, CAP

Gay Lynn Grigas is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Credentialed Addiction Professional, and MAPS-trained psychedelic therapist who has spent more than three decades helping people move through pain into genuine transformation. In 2021, she completed the MDMA Therapy Training Program through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), deepening a career already devoted to healing trauma, addiction, and disconnection at their roots.

Today, Gay Lynn serves as Director of Psychedelic Therapies in Ocala, Florida, where she facilitates private and group psychedelic medicine sessions, workshops, trainings, and retreats for clients seeking lasting change. Drawing on her dual expertise as an educator and psychotherapist, she has become a sought-after speaker and presenter around the world, translating complex clinical insight into practical, compassionate guidance that helps people live their fullest lives.

Gay Lynn is the author of Psychedelics, Dreams, and Rituals, a guidebook and workbook that blends clinical research with lived experience to support readers on their own path of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. She has also written the memoir trilogy Divine Trilogy: Finding the Beloved Within, chronicling her personal journey of healing and renewal.
