I was born in Asia and raised in England. I have lived and worked in the USA (NJ), the UK and Germany and find it fascination to see what contrasting cultural perspectives can bring to team-work and creativity. I have led many global project teams in the pharmaceutical industry and brought about world-wide mind-set change to achieve win-win cooperation. Observing what promotes and what impedes team development and team performance has been extremely helpful.

Although we live at a time of intense competition, we also live at a time of unprecedented access to information and wisdom from many multi-cultural sources. A convergence of understanding about the nature of our minds is emerging from this and I believe that by harnessing this understanding complex problems will be solved so humanity can raise its game to a higher level.
