As is stated in my Author's Website where I blog, I write poetry, literary essays, short stories, and academic books based on my PhD. I wrote my PhD thesis on modern poetry and modern poets' psychobiography according to modern psychoanalytical theory. The main focus of my thesis is the manner in which modern poets sublimate their traumas into poetry. I earned my title from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK where I taught during my studies. Back in Geneva, Switzerland, I began hosting poetry meetings in my home every month as the representative of London's Poetry Society. In these reunions, we read, discuss, and comment our poems. At times, I offer thematic sessions like the Objectivist Poets, the Poetry of William Blake, T.S. Eliot, Emily Dickinson, Wallace Stevens, etc. or a discussion of the usage of metaphors in poetry.
