For over 30 years Lanny has been facilitating innovation targeting and invention workshops for client companies globally. Before starting his own consulting practice in 1990 Lanny was with Kimberly-Clark's Innovation Management Group and Synectics. He holds an MDiv from Yale and served two Presbyterian Churches as an ordained pastor before his innovation management career.
