Pamela A. Bakker

Pamela A. Bakker is a published author of history research, short stories, poetry, and a variety of articles on many subjects. Her books include "Eyes on the Sporting Scene, 1870-1930: Will and June Rankin, New York’s Sportswriting Brothers" (McFarland Publishers, 2013); "The 104th Field Artillery Regiment of the New York National Guard, 1916-1919: from the Mexican border to the Meuse-Argonne" (McFarland Publishers, 2014); and "McDowell’s Mill Fort in Markes, Pennsylvania 1753-1840: French and Indian War to the establishment of a new nation" (Sunbury Publishers, 2020). She has written articles and book reviews for historical societies, the Society for American Baseball Research and a number of religious journals. Her best noted poems include Nantucket, Living waters and Fragile lamb.
