Ruchi Agarwal-Rangnath

Dr. Ruchi Agarwal-Rangnath is a professor in the School of Education at the University of San Francisco. She is also Vice-President of the National Association of Multicultural Education, California Chapter and founding member of CARE-ED.  A former elementary education teacher, Dr. Agarwal-Rangnath has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She is co-author of  the book Preparing to Teach for Social Studies for Social Justice: Becoming a Renegade and author of the books Social Studies, Literacy and Social Justice in the Common Core Classroom: A Guide for Teachers and Planting the Seeds of Equity: Ethnic Studies and Social Justice in the K-2 Classroom.
