William E. Hearn

Mr. Hearn began tutoring and mentoring students at his academy, GrupoPraxis, in South America in 2007 where he began helping students to significantly raise their TOEFL iBT scores to over 100 points in less than 30 days. In 2013, he returned to the United States where he continues to assist International test takers in passing their TOELF iBT.

Mr. Hearn has discovered ETS's secret to accurately answering 85% - 95% of the questions on the TOEFL iBT quickly and easily: making it easier to earn a respectable, passing score!!

Although the books are written as easy to follow step-by-step guides, Mr. Hearn also has an online TOEFL Video Course at https://www.pgila.org and offers online courses via ZOOM for those students who need that little extra boost.

His wife, Dr. Lizzie, also assists our students with all of their college placement and application needs to assure they are accepted in the college or university of their choice.
