Frank Habermann

Dr. Frank Habermann is a professor of Business Administration at the HWR Berlin School of Economics and Law. Before entering academia, he gained many years of experience in consulting, management and entrepreneurial roles, working on complex organizational and transformation challenges.

In 2013, he co-founded Over the Fence with Karen Schmidt — a research lab dedicated to effective collaboration, sound decision-making and the design of complex (change) initiatives. Frank is the author of numerous professional articles and books, several of which have received awards.

In his work, he combines academic rigor with practical management experience, focusing on one central question: how people and organizations can act effectively under real-world conditions. Frank Habermann lives and works in Berlin.
