Paddy O'Toole

Paddy O'Toole has worked for, and conducted research in, corporate, government, defence and higher education organisations.

After a highly successful career as a Training & Development Manager with a major financial services company in three state capitals, her intense interest in human learning and development led her to academic research and teaching. Paddy is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).

She currently investigates the role of collective memory in organisational performance and community identity.

Paddy also explicates the tacit knowledge that students need to come to grips with university life, policy, research and discourse.
