Toby S. James

Toby S. James is Professor of Politics and Public Policy at the University of East Anglia, UK.

He is Co-Director of the Electoral Integrity Project and Editor-in-Chief of Policy Studies.

He has published widely on democracy, elections and political leadership. He has written policy reports for international organisations, regularly gives evidence to parliamentary committees and been an invited speaker around the world including at Harvard University and for the UNDP.
