With over 30 years of global experience, Dr. Simon Goncharenko has led safety and risk programs across three continents and multiple high-hazard industries, including oil and gas, construction, and hyperscale data centers. His contribution to industry advancement today continues through his roles on the American Society of Safety Professionals Z359.4 Subcommittee, National Safety Council's Campbell Institute initiatives, and the Society for Total Worker Health Advisory Committee. His work experience includes Veriforce, Meta Platforms, CBRE, and others. A prolific thought leader, Dr. Goncharenko has authored or contributed to more than 80 publications, including work featured in the Professional Safety Journal, and six books, In addition to his industry work, he teaches safety and ethics at Liberty University and is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter for leading organizations such as ASSP, NSC, ISM World, IADC, American Clean Power, the EHS Management Institute, and many others.
