I am an experienced Chief Executive Officer, author, public speaker, and Board Member, serving in for-profit and non-profit capacities. My leadership has been instrumental in driving the success of several start-ups, turning around legacy businesses, and building innovative and visionary cultures. Prior to this, I had the honor of serving as a law clerk to a federal judge.

My strengths lie in fostering innovation and executing strategic initiatives with a forward-thinking approach.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find fulfillment as a devoted husband to my wife, Ashley, a father of 15 children, and a committed follower of the Catholic Church.
