Renato Bellu

Ren hails for the New York city where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan. Ren earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, and went on to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Avanade (a joint venture of Microsoft and Accenture) and RSM McGladrey, among other notable CPA and IT consulting firms. Ren is an ERP and CRM solutions architect as well as a hands-on computer programmer specializing in data conversions and integrations. Ren’s vision and focus has always been on bridging the gap between accounting and computer technology. Ren has been a vocal proponent of Microsoft’s business software solutions from the beginning, when Microsoft acquired Great Plains and rebranded it as Dynamics GP. Ren is the author of Microsoft Dynamics GP for Dummies as well as Dynamics 365 for Dummies from John Wiley & Sons. As an ERP consultant, Ren has architected and managed some of the largest and most complex ERP implementations ever successfully completed with Dynamics GP, as well as completing many other IT projects involving Dynamics AX, CRM and other applications. Ren is a Microsoft Dynamics author for Lynda.com and LinkedIn Learning, having created several well received video courses. Ren holds certifications for Dynamics AX, and is experienced in CRM, ECM, business intelligence and other technologies related to ERP and cloud computing. Ren lives in the historic town of Haddonfield, New Jersey near the great city of Philadelphia with his wife, Marie, and daughter, Clare. Ren is an avid musician and paints in acrylics and water colors.
