About the author
After leaving school D. A. Adamson worked briefly for a bank from which he has drawn some inspiration for parts of 'The Windleton Absurdities' aka 'Hidden Lives'.
At age 20 he fulfilled his ambition to work as an advertising copywriter. He latterly created his own marketing communications business which he built up and sold; he now runs a small marketing consultancy and writes.
He has written commercially for TV, radio and print advertising, direct mail and PR and worked in Europe and the US.
He regularly writes and records for Radio for the Blind, blogs and when not writing enjoys walking in the wild beauty of the Yorkshire Dales where he lives.
D. A. Adamson is married with three grown-up children.
