Stefano Centonze

Stefano Centonze is an expert in emotional intelligence and a professional trainer with a solid academic background. He holds degrees in Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology and in Education and Training Sciences, as well as a Master's degree in Personal Analysis Techniques. He is the founder and director of the School of Emotional Intelligence for Empowerment at Artedo Network, a certified art therapist, and a lecturer in art therapy.

He is also the founder of Artedo, the first national network of art therapy schools in Italy, and the creator of the Creative Autobiographical Method, an innovative experiential approach designed for personal development and self-definition.

This method, which leverages creativity, spontaneous artistic expression, and self-narration, aims to foster self-awareness, improve the quality of relationships, and enhance communication skills in adults. It is particularly applied in professional fields such as education, training, social work, sports, and business.

Emotional intelligence, the core of his work, is the ability to understand and manage one's own emotions to improve interpersonal relationships and achieve goals in all areas of life. Theoretically, it is divided into two main forms: intrapersonal intelligence, which involves recognizing and understanding emotions for conscious self-management, and interpersonal intelligence, which is based on social role awareness and effective relationship management.

His work focuses on integrating psychological and expressive techniques, using the Creative Autobiographical Method as a tool to enhance emotional intelligence, promote well-being and personal empowerment, and stimulate growth through art and self-reflection.
