Since he retired from France Telecom R&D in 2016, he studied bioinformatics at Rennes university, and System Biology online with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He has a certificate in Medical Neuroscience from Duke university.
As initial training he earned a CAAE diploma (master level diploma comparable to MBA)
He received the 2012 Celtic R&D gold award as SERVERY project leader and won an Innocentive challenge in 2013.
During his professional life, he was EFQM certified (European Foundation for Quality Management) and evangelists of the Java computer language within France Telecom.
