Sara Colombo

Sara is an Italian freelance translator, a business owner and the creative mind behind Balance Your Words, a witty and successful blog.

She graduated in foreign languages and translation and started to craft her career, step after step, in 2006.

A volunteer translator, an intern, a marketing responsible and and in-house translator, her various working experiences all contributed to ground her skills and strengthen her determination.

Indeed, after a series of international collaborations, assignments and curious meetings, in 2012 she decided to leave her safe permanent job and set up her own business. The business she had always dreamed of.

Sara has always loved communication and languages, writing, researching and spending time with her books. Moreover, she is also a yogi, a fitness pro and a photography enthusiast.
