Ron James is a U.S. Navy veteran, award-winning journalist, and nationally syndicated columnist. His career has taken him from the newsroom to the front lines of global travel, serving in leadership roles at Time Warner, San Diego Magazine, and The San Diego Union-Tribune. He is the co-author of The Multimedia Casebook and the founding editor of Wine Dine & Travel Magazine.

Blending real-world experience with a deep interest in technology, politics, and human resilience, Ron writes thrillers that fuse action with conscience. His debut novel, Quantum Deception, explores the dangerous intersection of artificial intelligence, global power, and personal redemption.
