Bill's love for film led him to co-produce "Addicted to Joy," with noted film maker and director, Richard Newman. "An exclaimed

historical documentary honoring the young men and women who helped shape surfing and surf culture. His ability to capture history and emotion on screen mirrors his approach to writing: Honest, engaging, humorous, and deeply human!

Beyond writing and film, Bill is an avid amateur photographer, finding endless inspiration in the ever-changing colors of sunsets and sunrises, the magnificence of landscapes, and the intricate details of architecture. His photography is a reflection of his keen eye for beauty and his appreciation for life's fleeting moments.

Bill's boundless curiosity also led him into the world of children's literature. His first book, "The Delightful and Amusing Adventures of Doodles and Molly" - 'How they met,' introduces young hearts to two very lovable characters who embody curiosity, creativity, learning, and discovering the thrill of adventure!

His second and third "Doodles and Molly" children's booksl are split into two volumes. "Doodles and Molly" notice some shiny pebbles that lead them to a small icy blue door that opens in a glowing cave, and will soon meet new stars, Fred & Alice, two adventurous and lovable penguins. Both volumes are expected to be published, and available for purchase May 15, 2026.
