FT Moore

F T Moore is a former defense contractor who worked in technology. Copper Hollow is the first in a series of international thrillers. Moore is currently at work on the Prequel to Copper Hollow, the Tempest Illusion.

While Copper Hollow takes us to the impact of America's unending war on the citizens of a rural area, the Tempest Illusion, coming in the Fall of 2013, is its Prequel. In the Prequel, we meet Chance Kiernan, ex-Delta Force and military contract assassin. When Kiernan, assassin for hire, meets a young business woman on her first international assignment, the hard shell he constructed to save his own soul cracks.

Katie Black is accused of spying, but when this hard- line soldier comes for her, she shows him a world of nuance where life and values are not black and white. When Kiernan and Black get together, the gray areas of spy-vs-mercenary explode into a penetrating landscape of breadth and color. But tragedy seeks-and-destroys Kiernan’s new world-view like a predator drone.

The Tempest Illusion, Copper Hollow, and Virgin of the DawnFire and the books in the DawnFire Trilogy. Virgin of the DawnFire will be released in the Fall of 2014.
