Susan Nees

Susan grew up on a farm in Iowa. She has nine brothers and sisters. Today she lives in Georgia where she has a pet dog named 'Jodo' and six chickens. Her two favorite foods are raspberries and chocolate.

Susan worked for many years as an illustrator before writing her first book. She has written a total of four books for the Scholastic Branches series for young readers. Her series, "Missy's Super Duper Royal Deluxe," is published internationally.
